No updates as they "promise". Their whatsup system is so slow and takes about 35minutes before you get helped. If you phone the costumer care lines they put you on hold until the phone cuts you off. I spoke to Yvonne and Philile and the other that I should have taken their names but didn't. I am still waiting for a delivery after 8 days. They cant even let me cancel or collect at the shop. Very useless.

Mr Price has misleading information about their online shopping and it is not friendly. They write that the delivery will be made from 3 to 5 working days but yet don't deliver. When you call their customer service they can't even provide with the relevant information all they give you is they can't answer or they don't know. What a worst online shopping experience.

I am not happy, about the service that I received from Mr Price table when I went there on the 27th of February 2021. I got there to collect the my laybye the lady Jamie lee Japri who was helping me came.and took my lay bye number and disappeared for 30 minutes then the manager came rudely threw my money that was on the counter as I was to pay .he then rubbed the sale details . Jamie came back and asked for my lay bye number again and I asked what she was doing for 30 minutes and she said she was looking for my lay bye without my.lay bye number in sealed bags . The manager Brian came and I asked him what his employee was doing for 30 minutes without a laybye number and he was rude I them asked him why he was taking us for a joke and he refused to help me. We then gave the lady my lay bye number again and she went for another 30 minutes so we spent more than an hour in the shop. When I told Jamie I was going to put in a complaint she rolled her eyes and told me to tag her in the complaint which made me believe that they get away with treating customers bad.

If I could give a rating of NEGATIVE 100, I would!
I ordered a foosball table at Mr Price Sport Online on 6 JULY 2021, and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT! After 4 months?! I just want my foosball table!

I tried calling, sending emails, etc. etc. Etc.

They almost never answer this ONLY number they provide - +**********0, and if and when they do, my case just gets lost in their disaster of a system!

It is so hard to get in contact with them at all.

T's actually ridiculous - I gave up and now I'm requesting a refund and emailed ***********. Look at the reply I got:

I was at Mr Price Tygervalley yesterday. We waited in the queue for almost ten minutes. Behind us were a
Twelve people. Only one person was working at the cash register, but there were no less than seven employees standing behind the counter. When I asked the manager (I believe his name is Derrick) what was going on he very rudely starting talking at me making nonsense excuses. This is the second time this has happened at the same branch. I am highly disappointed, as I am a big supporter of Mr Price. The behavior of the manager was highly unprofessional and extremely rude. There were people behind us who actually put down the clothes they wanted to purchase and left. I don't even want to give a one star rating. Customer service is everything. I am posting this review on as many platforms as I can.

Few day ago i was suffering from a wonderful shoes. Then i took help for this site. And i got it. This product shifted on time. By wearing this shoes i fell cosy. By wearing it i fell very comfortable to walk. I can make a jump bi wear it. I am very lucjy for this product. Thank you very much.
